it's raining in india

just a post to say it is raining here in india again. i remember the first time it rained when i'd first gotten here 13 months ago. it was nice. cleaned the place up, got rid of the stink for a bit. it's not the rainy season yet, but we'll get some sprinkles off and on until then, like a normal climate would. i was really hoping i was going to get out of here before it started getting hot again. well that happens a bit before the first rain of the year, so i guess that plan is shot.
