bot fly video (don't watch if squeamish)

while working in india, i was bitten by a mosquito that left some bot fly larvae behind in my arm. for the gruesome details, you can see my post here.

well today, i was wandering aimlessly around the internet and serendipitously found a video clip of someone who also was infected by a bot fly. he let them mature and removed them then; whereas, i decided to have surgery from a local doctor in my hotel room to have mine removed before they got that big. i just wanted to let everyone know in even more detail exactly how gross it was. i'll try to put that behind me now.
