if...

if i had a house (which i've only several minutes ago started to worry i'll never save enough money for a down payment for), right now, i'd go outside into that imaginary yard and take a nap in my not imaginary hammock. it is 12:18AM on 6-january-06, and it is entirely too warm out (60°F) for this time of year, but i'd still like to take advantage of it.

don't worry baby - you will be able to have that house one day - even though I will MISS you, guess you gotta go...more crying now. hahahaha

Dude

house prices will plummet sometime this year, just save your wad and wait until you really need to have a house, they are really just a money pit. living with mom is best and someday you will see that one. but jules will take you into the basement anytime

speak to you later and seeya in Qatar sometime soon

maybe not

Well, housing prices may continue to drop if you're buying a house in an area where housing prices rose significantly to begin with. From some data I've seen, the state of Ohio is almost last on that list (housing prices never really took off for most of Ohio). Check out lendingtree.com or other online sources to look at the types of loans you may be able to qualify for, or what type of mortgage you can sustain. Motley fool also has some good calculators for that kind of stuff.
