new poll
i had a conversation with emma about urinating while showering. i think here are clear gender defined boundaries here. actually, i think just about everyone does, but i can see why girls might not more than why guys might not, so on that, i'd say i can see lines where guys will say yes more often and girls will say no more often. this is just a rigidly defined super-scientific study. so help me with my data. thanks.

my rule is that you do that only in emergencies. the toilet is usually in close proximity to the shower anyway, and if you bitch about that (it's TWO FEET AWAY!!!)...then why not put in that colostomy bag for added convenience while you are at it? you won't even have to get out of bed or leave the community pool to poop!
If i am standing under the shower nozzle and i am directly under the drain, then why not? i mean, the pee is not gonna somehow levitate and remain in the shower until the next day. it is gonna go down, all of it. what's the big deal. you work all day and sweat a ton and wash that off in the shower. isn't it true that urine is better to drink than salt water if stranded?
My whole thing with peeing in the shower is the smell, the steam of the shower seems to magnify it, so I don't do it. Like Trinny said, the toilet is so close and I've the bladder control to decide when and where I pee. Also, the discussion bringing about this poll was peeing in the shower WITH your significant other. That's just rude. I choose not to pee in the shower any time, but if someone else is in there with me I certainly wouldn't force them to cleanse whilst the odor of urine is overpowering the smell of soap.
Sometimes I pee in the shower, even if I'm not in it. Just rip open the shower curtain and let 'er go. No flushing = water conservation.
Speaking of gender lines... Remember the experiment about pumping gas. Most men tap the nozzle when done, most women don't. Hmmmmmmm. "He Mr. Bonenberger, that's a mighty phalic gas nozzle you've got there."
in terms of water conservation, you know you don't have to flush the toilet each time you pee, right? i'm not saying that i condone that, but it might smell less than leaving a trail of urine in your shower..i can't believe i'm having this discussion.
I always thought pee smelled like movie theater popcorn. Wait a second. ughhhhhhhh.
they had experimental waterless urinals at strosacker. if trinny knew that, good on ya. they used some sort of bacteria to eat up all the urea goodness. i guess i should go vote in my own poll. that is a GUY - yes. i like to nmake noises with the drain cover. i'm sorry all, really. that was too much.
