one step closer...
to the edge, and i'm about to break!
well, today we got word that we are going to have gas on friday, 4-august. we've heard it before, we'll see what happens this time. i've gotten the personnel guy to look into getting me some coverage so i can come home for a bit. i wanna see TheNephew's birthday, try to go to the race with the BTBz (i hear they are going), wanna see emma, and just take in some americana. i miss it all. i'm sure you haven't heard me say THAT enough. i'm trying to come home for a month or so, get some downtime, see something other than national highway 5 on the way to and from work, and the hotel bar. we'll see how well that goes. i talked about leaving permanently but apparently i have "history" with the site since i've been here basically since day 1, so they want me here for the handover meeting. granted, it will be SOOOO tough to come back after getting to be back home with friends and family, but i'll do it, i'm stupid/dedicated that way. shouldn't be MUCH longer after i get back from my R&R that this job should be finished, but then again, i asked how long people thought it'd take until i got home AGES ago on my blog and we weren't even using the right scale. i was using month, should've been using years.
i tried to blog on the ZUMEL but i'm borrowing a computer until i get my laptop back. this one doesn't have the right keyboard so no luck there. oh yeah, they say my laptop is finished (forgot to ask if it was fixed), so i'm going to get it tomorrow, wish me luck that the IT guys in hyderabad worked their magic and fixed my thinkpad, so i can do all the lovely net related things i yearn to do. later kids.

Dude if you can get a month off and be able to go to Bristol that would be kick ass. I need someone to help me crash some parties down there.
a month would be super. granted you will be cramming a lot into a relatively "short" time, but better than being in India. colton would love to have you here for his birthday.

hang in there zaccy....it just can't be that much longer...just tell them you "HAVE" to go to the races and thats that....that'll scare em i'm sure!!!!russ is getting the camper and the van all ready and i've reserved your bed {ground floor}.getting all new mattresses and cushions covered...we all have our fingers crossed for you...getting a ticket won't be a problem...just keep thinking NASCAR.... gotta go for now...take care and will see you soon.....love ya mom 2
